Summer Giveaway – June/July 2026

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These Official Rules govern the Summer Giveaway sponsored, administered, and fulfilled by MZM Ecom, LLC (the “Giveaway”).

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of MZM Ecom, LLC are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

Entries will be accepted from June 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM PDT through July 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT.

How to Enter

Entry methods will be listed on https://portsidegiveaways.com. No purchase is required. A Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) is available and described below.

Automatic Entry – All Access Members: Entrants who hold an active Portside All Access Membership at any time during the Giveaway Period are automatically entered into the Giveaway, with no separate entry action required. Membership must remain active through the Drawing Date to be eligible to win. Holding a membership is not required to enter or win; the Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) described below is available to all eligible participants and carries equal odds of winning.

Limit one (1) prize per person and/or household.

Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected. The prizes are:

All prizes are sponsored, administered, and fulfilled solely by MZM Ecom, LLC. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution will be provided, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Requirements – Social Media & Marketing Participation

As a condition of being awarded and receiving any prize, each winner agrees to participate in providing content for MZM Ecom, LLC’s social media, promotional, and marketing purposes. Such participation includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing a photograph or “selfie” with the prize;
• Participating in a recorded FaceTime, video, or telephone call;
• If the winner resides locally (within a reasonable distance of the Sponsor’s location in Orange, California), making themselves reasonably available to meet in person with the Sponsor or its representatives to create photo and/or video content;
• Providing a brief written or recorded testimonial or statement; and
• Allowing the use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, statements, and submitted content.

Each winner grants MZM Ecom, LLC, and those acting on its behalf, the irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, broadcast, and distribute such content across any media now known or later developed, for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes, without further notice, review, approval, or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

A potential winner who declines to participate in the content requirements described above, or who cannot be verified, may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Drawing Date: July 14, 2026

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by phone using the contact information provided at entry.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seventy-two (72) hours, fails to respond, declines the content-participation requirements, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners will be publicly announced by July 25, 2026.

Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped after winner verification is complete.

Winners are responsible for any federal, state, provincial, or local taxes, customs fees, import duties, or other costs associated with receiving or using the prize.

Taxes

All taxes associated with receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Email Entry

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter for free, send an email to shop@portsidegiveaways.com with the subject line PSMG2 during the Giveaway Period.

In the body of the email, include:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Telephone Number (including area code)
• Date of Birth

Each valid email entry equals one (1) entry into the MZM Ecom, LLC Summer Giveaway drawing.

Email entries must be received no later than July 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, missing the required “C9MG2” subject line, submitted by automated means, or received after the deadline will be disqualified.

All free email entries will be placed into the same drawing pool and will have equal odds of winning as any other eligible entry, regardless of method of entry.

Limit one (1) free email entry per person per day. Limit one (1) prize per person and/or household.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Rules;
• Release MZM Ecom, LLC from any liability arising from participation or prize use; and
• Permit use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

Limitation of Liability

MZM Ecom, LLC is not responsible for:

• Technical failures;
• Lost, late, or misdirected entries;
• Phone or internet service interruptions; or
• Any damages or injuries resulting from participation or prize use.

Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
